About Uncorked

We never had lifelong dreams of opening a wine bar.  We just love to go out and have a good glass of wine in a casual, conversation-friendly atmosphere.  But we didn’t want to go somewhere that required us to be the wine experts, spend a lot of money or have to drive far to enjoy. 

We found nothing.  The more we thought about it, we realized how many of our friends also like to drink wine and we decided we should just open up a place ourselves.  We are definitely not  wine experts ourselves, but we have fortunately found many to help out on this journey.

Our philosophy is to have fun..that’s the whole point of all this, isn’t it?  We created a casual, comfortable place for you to kick back and relax.  The rest is up to you.

Try something new! That’s the fun part.  We have made 3 oz pours available and descriptions to try many of the endless wine options out there.  Experiment, taste, enjoy.

In the process of having fun, Uncorked wine offer a fantastic selection of wines from around the world!  The have a great price range on the wines as well, you will not have to spend a fortune to enjoy excellent wines!

Uncorked Wine also provides an excellent food menu!  Chef George is amazing and cooks everything from scratch!  From his "Rasberry Balsamic" glazed meatballs to the Adult Mac-N-Cheese you`ll quickly realize why he was such a  hit as the Lead Chef for the admirals on the USS Nimitz.

Hours: 3-11 Sun-Thurs / 3-12 Fri-Sat
